We make getting a quote super easy. just pick up the phone and give us a call at (615) 828-8896 or fill out the Request a Quote form on this website.
While it doesn't happen often, our house cleaners can have an off day. If that happens, we're happy to come back and reclean any unsatisfactory areas. Just give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll schedule a re-clean.
We take checks and all major credit cards. We do require a card on file for all cleanings, but happy to take a check if that's most convenient for you.
No, you do not have to be home during your cleaning services. However, if you would prefer to be, that is fine with us!
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, simply let our team know. We are always happy to come back and re-clean your home.
No. Our cleaning team always arrive with everything they need to perform their work. You simply need to schedule your cleaning, sit back and relax while we take care of the hard work for you.
If you have a preference for who cleans your home, let us know so that we can try to accommodate your needs. Our cleaners are otherwise scheduled based on availability.
