- a smartphone to take and send photos of the requested areas you are to evaluate in your report
- to be observant, pay attention to detail, and be discreet
- to keep up the undercover element of your role (shhhh!)
- to schedule your cleanings on a weekly or biweekly schedule
- to understand that I may need to reschedule or skip your cleaning if I need to put a recurring cleaning in the place of your scheduled day and time
